International contemporary / sculpture

Contemporary art is a set of artistic practices that developed in the second half of the XX century.
This term is historically rooted – it denotes advanced art from the end of World War II to the present. It is genetically related to the art of avant-garde or – more broadly – modernism, but is a new round of visual languages, with an emphasis on the actual language models (which is typical of all other types of culture and forms of knowledge in this period).
It includes an increasing range of techniques, due to the development of technology and human knowledge of their own body and their place in the world. The thematic spectrum of contemporary art is infinitely wide, it responds to any manifestations of human activity, in recent decades, they are joined by the activities of other biological organisms and robots.
