On August the 5th, a constituent meeting with Geo Leros, Presidential Adviser on Cultural Affairs took place. It was dedicated to the need to intensify an exchange of experience and cultural values as a fundamental principle of the cultural policies of prosperous countries.
The groundwork for further discussion and elimination of legislative gaps in the field of international cultural exchange of works of art was laid, as well as the regulation of mechanisms of cooperation between public authorities on one side and non-governmental organizations, foundations, private collectors on the other side.
The meeting was supported by the Ukrainian Contemporary Art Collectors Club and Adamovskiy Foundation.
